Soft Tissue Mobilization

Muscle Reset Technique

Hands-on work that breaks down scar tissue, releases muscle tension, and restores circulation to areas that have been locked up and compensating.

What it is

Soft Tissue Mobilization is hands-on manual therapy that targets muscles, tendons, and ligaments directly. I use it to reduce tension, break down scar tissue that's limiting your movement, and improve circulation to speed healing. This isn't a massage — it's targeted work based on what muscle testing revealed. When I find a muscle that's locked up because it's doing double duty for a neighbor that shut down, soft tissue work is often the first step in getting things moving again.

How this fits into Muscle Reset Technique

Soft Tissue Mobilization is one of the tools I use as part of my Muscle Reset approach. No single technique works in isolation — I combine multiple methods based on what your muscle testing reveals.

How is this different from traditional chiropractic?

Traditional chiropractic focuses on spinal alignment and joint adjustments. I focus on muscle function. Instead of adjusting your spine and hoping the muscles follow, I find which muscles aren’t working and reset them directly. No popping, no cracking.

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients feel a noticeable difference after one session. A typical treatment plan is 4–6 sessions for acute issues, with periodic maintenance after that.
