Craniosacral Therapy

Muscle Reset Technique

A gentle approach that evaluates how your skull, spine, and nervous system interact — often the missing link when adjustments, massage, or PT haven't stuck.

What it is

Most patients come to me after trying adjustments, massage, or PT that didn't stick. Craniosacral therapy isn't something I "do" as a standalone package — it's a perspective that changes how I evaluate and treat. It's a gentle technique that looks at how the skull, spine, and nervous system move and interact. Instead of chasing tight spots, I'm feeling where the system is stuck and helping it reset. In practice, it shapes my care in four ways: I assess nervous system flow, release cranial or jaw tension, integrate the work so muscles and joints respond better, and the result is that change holds longer. Patients who benefit most include those with headaches, jaw tension or TMJ, concussion history, chronic stress, and neck pain that hasn't resolved with other approaches. It's also excellent for kids or adults who don't tolerate forceful techniques.

How this fits into Muscle Reset Technique

Craniosacral Therapy is one of the tools I use as part of my Muscle Reset approach. No single technique works in isolation — I combine multiple methods based on what your muscle testing reveals.

How is this different from traditional chiropractic?

Traditional chiropractic focuses on spinal alignment and joint adjustments. I focus on muscle function. Instead of adjusting your spine and hoping the muscles follow, I find which muscles aren’t working and reset them directly. No popping, no cracking.

How many sessions will I need?

Most patients feel a noticeable difference after one session. A typical treatment plan is 4–6 sessions for acute issues, with periodic maintenance after that.
